GCCN plans to take photographs (and seldom audio or video) during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any GCCN event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. GCCN may use the photograph/video in GCCN educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending a GCCN event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known by contacting GCCN at communications (at) gccn . ie and include an identifying photograph for reference. GCCN will use that photo for identification purposes only and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in a GCCN event or by failing to notify in writing your desire to not have your photograph used by GCCN, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify GCCN from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
