GCCN AGM and Summer Plenary – June 2025

We are thrilled to invite all GCCN members to this year’s GCCN Summer Plenary & Annual General Meeting.

Join us on Wednesday, Wednesday, 25 June / 6.30pm – 9pm / The Connacht Hotel for an evening of insightful discussions, achievement highlights, and collaborative decision-making.

Annual General Meeting


During our Annual General Meeting (AGM) we will review the GCCN work accomplished in 2024 and celebrate the year’s highlights.

Members are invited to submit any motions before Monday, 16 June at 5pm for these to be considered at the AGM.

Please check out the GCCN guidelines on how to submit or vote on a GCCN motion.

The Plenary will offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with other groups and organisations, discuss important community matters, and get the latest updates on GCCN’s current initiatives.

Why Attend the GCCN Plenary Meetings?

All GCCN member groups and organisations meet in Plenary four times a year.

The Plenary meeting is your opportunity to:
✅ Engage in discussions on important local issues.
✅ Stay informed about key decisions and initiatives affecting our communities.
✅ Connect with fellow GCCN members and community organisations.

This is a space where your voice matters, and we want you to be part of the conversation!

  • Spring Plenary: Wednesday, 2 April / 6.30pm – 9pm / The Menlo Park Hotel
  • Summer Plenary and AGM: Wednesday, 25 June / 6.30pm – 9pm / The Connacht Hotel
  • Autumn Plenary: Wednesday, 24 September / 6.30pm – 9pm / Bonham Quay
  • Winter Plenary & Community Celebrations: Wednesday, 3 December / 6.30pm – 9pm / The Ardilaun Hotel

Note

  • The Plenary meetings are open to GCCN members only, unless non-members are explicitly invited.
  • Each member group/organisation is welcome to send up to two representatives to each event.
  • Coffee/tea and finger food will be served on the evening, so please let us know of any allergies/intolerance you might have, by emailing Oana at communications (at) gccn.ie
