As stated in the GCCN Representatives Charter (see picture), the GCCN representatives are required to fill out a Quarterly Report to the GCCN Plenary that will feed into the GCCN Plenary Presentation.
Guidelines
- The Quarterly Report to the GCCN Plenary to be submitted two weeks in advance of the Plenary.
- For the structures where there are two or more GCCN representatives, the reps need to decide among themselves who will take the lead in filling out this form and who will present it at the Plenary.
The information contained in this report will be shared with all GCCN members at the Plenary meeting.
